In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to support@fayawall.com.

To begin your refund process, please contact support@fayawall.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

All orders are final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
